At McShane electrical safety is of the up most importance. We take no chances when we provide our services to our customers and don't see why you should take any chances either. Below we have listed some important safety features that you can apply in your home or business to make your environment safer: |

- Switch of all sockets that are not in use at night.
|
| |
- Test your ELCB (Trip Switch) by using the test button only.
|
| |
- If you hear any buzzing noises or get a smell of burning at any electrical appliance or at your fuse board turn the appliance off immediately and contact us

- Never ever overload socket outlets. Distribute the load required or contact us to install extra socket outlets.
|
| |
- At an industrial premises voltage at outlets can be a great deal higher than at domestic outlets. Great care is needed and DIY is strongly NOT recommended. So if you see anything that could be at risk to you or your employees call us and we can recommend what action you need to take.
